As part of SEDE Contracting’s site transformation, Line Prefab Houses Industry L.L.C was assigned the full relocation and refurbishment of multiple existing prefab units across the project site. The task involved dismantling, transporting, re-leveling, and restoring several aged cabins that had sustained visible damage over time.

Scope of Work Included:

• Dismantling of damaged units and relocation

• Repair and reinforcement of structural elements

• Roof lifting and insulation maintenance

• Electrical rewiring, plumbing repair, and AC restoration

• Repainting, reinstallation, and HSE-compliant final finish

Before our intervention, many of the cabins were severely weathered and in deteriorated condition. Post-relocation and upgrade, the facilities now meet modern operational and safety standards, providing a refreshed environment for staff and consultants.

This project showcases our ability not only to deliver new prefab structures but also to restore and adapt existing assets efficiently, saving both time and cost for the client.
