Portacabin Unit Project – UAE

This project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of a Portacabin Toilet Unit for a site-based operation in the UAE. The unit was developed to provide a durable, hygienic, and fully self-contained sanitary solution suitable for construction sites and temporary facilities.

The portacabin structure was manufactured using a heavy-duty steel frame, insulated wall panels, and weather-resistant external finishes to ensure long-term performance under harsh site conditions. Internally, the toilet unit was fitted with complete plumbing and electrical systems, non-slip flooring, proper ventilation, and easy-to-maintain sanitary fittings.

This Portacabin Toilet Unit was delivered as a ready-to-use solution, allowing fast installation and immediate operation on site. The layout was optimized to meet practical site requirements while complying with local safety and hygiene standards in the UAE.
